Ann Oakley, pioneering social researcher for nearly 60 years, is Professor of Sociology and Social Policy at IOE (Institute Education), UCL’s Faculty Education Society (University College London, UK). This article explores the innovation influence her work close colleagues Science Research Unit (SSRU) its Evidence Practice Information Coordinating Centre (EPPI-Centre).
